Split Guitar Quartet was founded in 2010. The Quartet is formed by prizewinning Croatian guitarists: Kajo Milišić, Josip Dragnić, Goran Cetinić Koća and Martin Andrijašević. During their continuous presence on the Croatian musical scene they have held numerous concerts which have been well accepted by the audience and the critics.
During the years of their continuous activity the Split Guitar Quartet has exceeded its initial role and has accomplished a respectable international concert activity. The quartet has held concerts in Germany at the International guitar festival in Augsburg, three concerts in Luxembourg, among these the most important one was held in January 2017 within the prestigious cycle of concerts of classical music „Les concerts du Foyer Europeen“.
At the beginning of 2018 the Quartet held a European tour with concerts in Luxembourg, Spain (International festival of chamber music in Torreperogil – Andalusia) and in the Sofia Philharmonic Hall in Bulgaria at the festival Europe Music 2018 organized in the occasion of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Quartet was awarded for the best classical music concert at Makarska summer festival in 2015 and with special prize for great contribution to the Split's musical scene awarded by City of Split and Croatian Musicians Union in 2016.
Quartet's music has been played in various radio shows at Croatian National Radio – First Channel, Third Channel, Voice of Croatia and Radio Split.
